Banquet in Honor of the UN Secretary-General

UNA-China hosted a banquet in honor of Mr. Ban Ki-moon, the visiting UN Secretary-General, in cooperation with the UN System in China on the premises of UNA-China on 18 July 2012.

The banquet was chaired by Ms. Zhang Xiaoan, Vice-President & Director-General of UNA-China and addressed by Amb. Chen Jian, President of UNA-China and Ms. Renata Dessallien, UN Resident Coordinator in China. The Secretary-General delivered his remarks at the end of the dinner.

Mr. Ma Zhaoxu, Assistant Foreign Minister of China, Amb. Li Daoyu and Amb. Jin Yongjian, Honorary Presidents of UNA-China, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to China and Executive Council Members of UNA-China attended the banquet.
